US Winners:

Fill in your info and use PayPal option to pay only if you have a US Verified PayPal account with confirmed address. Invoice will be displayed for you and you will be redirected to PayPal official web site for paying us.


 

International Winners:

Click http://www.marketworks.com/pay.asp

Fill in your info (We just ask for full name and address and phone number required for international shipping). PayPal won’t be accepted from international buyers and you have to Choose Money Order to bypass payment section and place your order. You will see your invoice without a shipping cost. Then you need to contact ebay@ustechstore.com and put the order number in your subject and also refer to eBay Auction number. Then ask for a shipping quote in the body of your email.

 

How to Pay: After receiving your request for a shipping quote, we will update your invoice for the shipping and handling and provide you with detailed information regarding your options to pay according to auction payment terms.

What is your PayPal account ID?

Our PayPal ID is the same as our email address ebay@ustechstore.com. You can only pay to this account only if:

1- You have a US confirmed PayPal account

2- You have followed our automated checkout process from the auction page and placed your order and received your total.

 

Note: PayPal is not accepted from International buyers including Canada.

Why PayPal is not accepting my payment?

We do not accept any PayPal payments from unconfirmed US addresses or international accounts. This is emphasized in the auction terms and it is part of our sales policy. Please refer to the following table for the accepted methods of payment from international buyers.

What is your BidPay account ID?

Our BidPay ID is the same as our eBay ID which is (USTECHSTORE). Please make sure that you have followed checkout process and placed your order. International buyers must also get a shipping quote receive an adjusted invoice before trying to pay. There will be delays in processing your order if you fail to follow our checkout and payment terms properly.

To whom should I make a Check or Money Order payable?

Note:

2- Personal and Company Checks are subject to clearance and it may take up to 7 days in some cases. For a faster service you should send us Money Order or Cashier's check.

3- Please always refer to order number or eBay auction number on your Check or Money Order to avoid any delay in processing your order.

This information will be disclosed to the winners after placing their orders and receiving their total.

Can you answer technical questions?

As a liquidator we can not provide you with the technical information you have requested. We collect as much information as we can based on searching in Google or the manufacturers web sites. Therefore we are not responsible for any changes and/or any accuracy of such information. As a buyer, you should always do your homework and research about the item you are buying. The information we provide does not release you from your personal responsibility or obligations.

What if the item(s) is/are not working properly?

We are sorry for the problem. Please have in mind that as a liquidator business we sell hundreds of items weekly and we do not have expertise nor any facility to test every single item. As a liquidator we are selling our items for the fraction of its original price and they are obtained from working environments. To us, a working item is one that powers on and stays on. Maybe a little adjustment or minor repair would get the item to work properly for you. If the item is absolutely non-working or DOA (Dead On Arrival) please contact eBay@ustechstore.com and address the issue. Please always refer to eBay auction number or the order number for a faster service. Please also check read the following procedure in this respect.

What is the procedure for returning a non-working item?

1- You need to contact us and provide a complete description of the problem you are facing with.

2- You need to provide a close-up picture if the problem is related to physical damages or missing parts.

3- We will issue an RMA number for you and you should mark the box with the RMA number and return the item to the following address:

Special Notes:

1- RMA will not be issued if the problem is minor and can be fixed by yourself, like loosen cables, loosen parts, burnt fuses etc.

2- The problem is related to software, password, BIOS upgrade, setup or installation.

3- If you have abused the item, tested beyond the capacity, exposed it to physical damages like sunlight, moisture, pressure etc.

4- If the merchandize is damaged by the carrier.

5- If the item is sold "As-Is".

Can I get a cheaper shipping?

We can only ship by UPS. However we may prefer shipping the item through USPS at our own discretion only for some international destination. We also don't accept your personal or company account for shipping items.

Why don't you provide any International shipping rate in the auction page?

There are two reasons for this. First of all we don't know where you are located until you contact us and let us know your destination. Secondly, none of our items are packed before end of auction. So we don't know the actual rate for international buyers until we know the winner and the destination. That's why you should contact us for a shipping quote before bidding to see if that rate is affordable for you or not.

Is local pick up available for the item(s) I have won?

Since our items are stored in remote warehouses, pickup is only available for some large items. In such cases we will mention the availability of pickup in the description area of the auction page. As a simple rule, pickup is not available if it is not mentioned in the auction page.

Can someone else checkout on my behalf?

We accept this request under the following conditions:

1- You need to leave us a positive feedback in advance.

2- We only ship to the confirmed PayPal address of the payee.

3- If you want the item to be shipped to your address in case the payee's address is different from yours, the payee must pay by Cashier's Check or Money Order only.

How can I receive positive feedback from you?

1- Negative feedback:

 

Please note that we do not tolerate negative feedbacks and any negative feedback will be responded immediately in the same way. If your problem is reasonable, you can always follow our policies and receive a replacement or refund for your item. As a Square Trade member we are committed to provide an excellent service to our customers.

 

This doesn't mean that we tolerate threats and negative feedbacks. You need to know that you will be the first one who will suffer from leaving negative feedback for others. The reason is that, our score doesn't change due to the high volume of business and the number of positive feedbacks we receive each month. But if you receive a negative feedback in response it will drop your score significantly, specially when you have a perfect score (100%).

 

Meanwhile feedback extortion is against eBay rules and in some cases may lead to suspension of your account for an indefinite period. Therefore we recommend that you never engage yourself or your business in feedback warfare with any eBayer.

 

2- Positive feedback:

 

Feedback will be left for a group of buyers who have left positive feedback for us during our regular updates. Please do not ask for positive feedback for a specific transaction. Please also consider the fact that, leaving feedback is always a courtesy and not an obligation.
